AHA Foods was founded to serve the people with the best quality products at affordable prices. We operated in offline mode earlier. After receiving a tremendous amount of love, demand, and support, we decided to launch our online channel as well and reach Pan-India. Today, we are an initiative by the people, for the people!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept payments in online mode via credit cards, UPI, debit cards of leading banks and popular wallets.
COD is not available as of now. However, we are working on enabling it.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not offer Return/Refund on customer requests or demands.
However, for any damage caused during delivery 90% of the total amount will be refunded. For claiming the damage refund, the customer is supposed to send us a mail with order ID, Bank Details, and a clear unboxing video of the parcel (without any cuts or edits).
In the unboxing video you must show the parcel from all sides in the beginning to make sure that the parcel has not been opened earlier. After unboxing of the parcel you must show the product from all sides and open it.

WHAT IS OUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We are shipping Pan India.
Forward Shipping is free for ghee (all categories) while that for oil is paid. However, Reverse shipping in all cases will be paid and will be processed only if you satisfy our Return Policies.
Ideal shipping time is 7 days. In some cases, it might take upto 14 days due to COVID, Weather, or other unavoidable circumstances.
